Levi Langham has been awarded the Kempsey Macleay RSL Club’s Sportsperson of the Month for his sporting achievements in October.

The 14-year-old became a world champion in three events at the International Sports Karate Association (ISKA) World Cup.
Levi is also a successful boxer and claimed the Australian Schoolboys Golden Gloves in the Under 15 years 52kg Division.
The Kempsey Macleay RSL presented Levi with a trophy and a $100 gift voucher to spend at their restaurant.

A sportsperson of the year will be decided upon in January 2018 with an additional voucher of $500 for the restaurant awarded to the winner.
A panel of judges from the Macleay Argus will determine the monthly and year winners.
Nominations need to be submitted by the first day of the following month.
