The side was leading by 29-runs when they began batting in the second innings but Ben Dowling (40), Jye Woodger (59) and Brett Williams (87) quickly extended Rovers’ lead.
They declared at 6/261 with a 290-run lead.
Frederickton’s Craig Parker (34) and Jamie Cooper (41) put up a fight but the rest of the side struggled with the bat as they were bowled out for 111-runs off 33 overs.
The win was Rovers’ first of the season but the outright victory equates to more competition points and it has put them in front of both Nulla and Stuarts Point/Eungai by one.
Meanwhile Stuarts Point/Eungai secured the victory against South West Rocks and maintained their position on the ladder.
Nulla had the bye for round five.
Round six next week will return to the one-day format with the blockbuster match between Stuarts Point/Eungai and Rovers set the be the highlight of the round.
Stuarts Point/Eungai are undefeated so far this season.
Meanwhile Nulla, who are also undefeated, will face off with Frederickton as the latter looks to cause an upset and climb off the bottom of the table.
