The event will be held at 69 Leith St from 10am to noon.

There will be a variety of craft activities, facepainting, jumping castle, food and drinks, as well as a visit from Santa.

Captain Jeff Bush is very much looking forward to the fun day.

“It’s going to be really good,” he said.

Everyone is welcome.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

The Salvos would also like to invite you to Christmas at the Salvos on Sunday, December 24.

Activities planned include gingerbread house decorating and carols.

The Salvation Army Kempsey chapter has 20 gingerbread house kits that it will be giving to the first 20 families to RSVP.

“The idea is to get families working together,” Captain Bush said.

There will also be delicious food.
