Matthew Baker was re-elected president for his 10th season in the club’s top job.
Baker has overseen a period of stability and unprecedented growth in the club.
He will backed up by returning executive Sally O’Brien and Jane Walsh as secretary and treasurer respectively.
Luke Flanagan has stepped up to the Vice-president role replacing the long serving Brett Sutherland.
Flanagan continues to add to his resume with Saints now having done every role from premier league player, Northern men’s player and coach, junior coach and everything else in between.
Saints has a huge year ahead in 2018 with the club now working closely with Kempsey Shire Council to assist in bringing the Eden St sporting precinct master plan to fruition.
Saints believes this is an initiative long overdue for an area well used by the community and the club is keen to be involved.
With Saints being recently awarded $150,000 from the Asian Cup Legacy Fund an improvement in lighting is the first priority. The master plan includes a new amenities block, walking path, fitness trail and improvements to the playing fields.
Back to the football field also sees much in the pipeline for Saints, with Premier League being cut to 8 clubs in 2019 and two clubs starting on negative points the upcoming season looks like being fiercely fought.
The female program at Saints continues to grow and Saints are planning for two teams again if it all possible.
Across all grades the club will be looking for more of its juniors to step up to the senior grades on a Saturday afternoon.
The club, under new coaching coordinator Matt Baker, has opened applications for all senior coaching positions and is currently taking expressions of interest for all 18s teams; Northern Woman’s League; Northern Men’s League and Premier League.
