Kempsey’s version of the colour run is ran in conjunction with the launch of Youth Week.
More than 1000 pre-schoolers, school children, community members and service providers came together to celebrate and enjoy the day.
The initiative is organised by Kempsey Healing Together Eventh.

The coordinators also had amazing support from the ‘Ready Mob’ who has been able to support students attending Greenhill Public School, Kempsey South Public School and Dalaigur Preschool to join in on the day. Aboriginal Affair NSW has supported the event as part of their Healing strategy in the OCHRE policy.
Burrun Dalai and the Benevolent Society have taken a lead role in the organising of the event with the support of organisations such as YP Space, PCYC, Durri ACMS, Uniting, Booroongen Djugun, MNCLHD, Mid Coast Communities, Kempsey Referral Service and Ready Mob.
The event started at 10am and concluded at 2pm at the Pam Guyer Netball Courts.
