On Wednesday, May 9 the Australian International Aviation College withdrew its application to modify the existing development consent T6-15-381 for additions to the pilot training facility at Kempsey Airport.

This means council will not be required to decide on the application.
The application will therefore not be reported to the May Council meeting as originally anticipated. The current development consent remains in force.
