Reilly made his debut for the green and gold at the Hong Kong Sevens when the team blooded seven debutants as the first string side prepared for the Commonwealth Games.
However, the 19-year-old has made an impression on new coach Tim Walsh and received a call up after missing the Singapore Sevens.
Reilly has been playing for Randwick in the Shute Shield and famously scored the match-winning try against rivals Eastern Suburbs last month.
