The team of Bradley Dyet, Mark Morrison, Craig Dickinson, Peter Callaghan and Malcolm Blanch fought back after they had slow starts to there games and after nine-holes the team was trailing four matches to one and then they turned the tables around and came home strong to claim the victory with a 3/2 victory.

The team also thanked the other players who played during the competition and to all the other teams in the competition. Well done boys and let’s hope you continue the good form next year. 

At the club last Saturday the 2018 Macleay Valley Vets 18-hole two person Ambrose event was held. A big thank you goes to Andrew and his team for the continued support of golf at the club and to all the helpers on the day. 

Taking out the day was the early morning team of two of the club’s best left handers Brody Clarke and Bradley Dyet with a very good net score of 641/2. In the runner up spot was Kevin Miller and Bert Splithof with a net 65. 

The winners of the ntp’s at the third hole were Ross Leopold ‘A’, Wayne Hurley ‘B’, John Daley ‘C’. At the 8th hole the winners were Adam Ulrick ‘A’, Craig Baker ‘B’. Winners at the 11th hole were Paul Hollis ‘A’, Zachary Pritchard ‘B’, David Tolman ‘C’. At the 16th hole winners were Brody Clarke ‘A’, Max Gleeson ‘B’. 

Tomorrow at the club members and visitors will play in the 2018 Kempsey Carpet Court 18-hole Single Stroke event.

All intending players can book in now at the club or go online to book in for your round. On the scoreboard roster tomorrow will be the week 4 team of Steve Pearson and Peter Hudson. 

A reminder to all members that on Saturday June 30 the Qualifying round for the 2018 NSW Keno 4b event will be held.

On the day all intending players that wish to play in this event must pay a $5 entry fee to be considered for the next stage if you Qualify. Also on this day it will be the qualifying round for the 2018 John Daley 4bbb KO at the club. The top eight pairs will qualify for this event.
