Macleay Landcare Network host tree planting project

Macleay Landcare Network volunteers are hosting a tree planting project this Saturday, July 14.

A field day is planned from 9am to 11am at East Kempsey with volunteers to meet at “The Stables”, Wharf Road, East Kempsey.

Those interested can see the 10-year riverbank plantings and help with tree planting and control of weed vines.

Tools, gloves, and instruction provided. Please wear suitable work wear, and stay for a shared morning tea. New members are always welcome.
