PBL stands for Project Based Learning, an opportunity for students to embrace their creative potential by working on a project of their choice.
From August 30 to September 4, students planned, designed and produced works of art, a mini golf course, environmentally friendly shopping bags and more. Together with the help of experts and professionals.
It was an amazing and fun week of learning and growing. Students thoroughly enjoyed the projects.
One of projects was KASTIMES NEWS a group of budding journalists who worked to report on the Festival.
The school sends their thanks to Macleay Argus senior journalist Callum McGregor and Maritza Brunt and Jarrod Stackleroth editors of The Adventist Record for taking the time to speak with the students.
The students were able to take their advice and create news articles and a final broadcast that can be viewed via the school Facbook Page.
