It has a 10am start and is being held at Horseshoe bay reserve, Livingstone St, South West Rocks.
There will be several free activities to participate in, including the healthy food cook-off, healthy barbecue lunch, ukulele band, games and face painting.
The event will feature the launch of the 2018 RAMHP glovebox guide to mental health and also have information from a wide range of health service providers.
The North Coast Primary Health Network’s “my health record” team will also be in attendance to answer all questions about the new health records and the opt-out period, which is set to end on November 15 this year.
The day is part of the ongoing mental health month and has the goal of promoting community awareness, while also providing an opportunity for the community to connect and learn more about local health and well-being services.
The theme this year is “Let’s work together”, and all community members are invited to participate.
