The Heritage Seaside Cafe on Livingstone Street was broken into between 6pm last night and 7am this morning.
An unknown person entered the premises and fled with a cash tin.
While a unit on Gregory Street was broken into and a handbag and wallet was stolen between the hours of 10.30pm and 7am this morning.
The Buoys Restaurant on Livingstone Street was also broken into overnight and police are currently investigating to determine if any property or cash was stolen from the premises.
A gray 2007 Land Rover Panel Van was also stolen.
Police are currently investigating and urge any residents who have any information about the break-ins or the stolen vehicle to contact Kempsey Police on 6561-6199 or Crime Stoppers on 1800-333-000.
