Taree West are in a similar position, as they are winless, however they have only played two games this season.
Taree West suffered defeats against United and the Port Macquarie Magpies in round three and four respectively but had the bye last weekend.
Rovers have been in a position to earn the victory in two of their losses.
In Rovers’ opening match against the Port City Leagues Magpies, it was their bowling that let them down.
They were unable to get the crucial wickets towards the end of the innings which would have made the job easier on their batsmen.
The batsmen were forced to chase a large total and they were unable to sustain the run rate while avoiding the loss of wickets.
They were eventually dismissed 56 runs short of victory but with still seven overs up their sleeves.
Rovers followed a similar storyline in their second game.
Rovers suffered a 14-run defeat but they still had more than seven overs remaining. A loss captain Danny Powick said shouldn’t have happened.
However, Rovers suffered their worst loss of the season last week against Macleay rivals Nulla.
They will need to bounce back with a victory against the struggling Taree West side to rejuvenate their season.
The match commences at 1.30pm at John Martin Oval in Taree.
