Kempsey-Crescent Head finished in first position in the Whale Cup, Reserves and Masters 160s. Meanwhile they grabbed second place in the Open Women, Open Men and Masters 200s.
The results saw Kempsey-Crescent Head leap into first place in the Whale Cup, maintain second position in the Open Women, lower the gap on leaders Woolgoolga in the reserves, remain in first position in the Masters 200s and further extend their lead in the Masters 160s – a division where Kempsey-Crescent Head is a perfect three wins from as many rounds.
Meanwhile in the Open Men’s, Kempsey-Crescent Head are in equal first position but it’s and incredibly tight race with all four crews separated by just one point.
In the overall championship, Woolgoolga managed to pip Kempsey-Crescent Head by a point but they still trail by 42 points.
