The weekend is shaping up to be a wet one with an 80% chance of 40-80mm on Saturday. The wet weather should ease off on Sunday with only a 90 per cent chance of 10-20mm. Next week could start with a drizzle on Monday which has an 80 per cent chance of 1-5mm.
Over in South West Rocks, the weather is expected to be similar to Kempsey with a possible thunderstorm for today, and a 90 per cent chance of 5-10mm, while tomorrow could bring possible showers and a 90 per cent chance of 5-10mm.
Leading up to the weekend, Thursday and Friday have possible thunderstorms and an 80 and 70 per cent chance of 5-10mm. A wet weekend is expected with an 80% chance of 40-80mm on Saturday, before easing off on Sunday with only a 90 per cent chance of 10-20mm.
Finally, in Crescent Head, the forecast is the same as Kempsey, with a slow build up to a wet weekend.
