Nulla had only three players reach double figures and Dan Baker, who has been Nulla’s most consistent player this season, top scored with 21.
Craig Parker and Lloyd Black managed 19 and 10 respectively.
The loss extends Nulla’s winless run to five games and the side has dropped to equal last on the ladder.
Nulla captain Ben Taylor said his team will hopefully regain their best form when play resumes in January.
“There wasn’t anything positive to come out of the game, Macquarie just rolled us,” Taylor said.
“We will look to start with a clean slate in the Twenty20 matches in January.”
The Premier League competition returns on February 2.
