St Joseph's College, Kempsey was provided with a $1000 cheque at their school assembly today while Aldavilla Primary School and Kempsey West Public School received the equivalent amount earlier this week.
IGA X-Press West Kempsey also generously donated 65 gift cards to students who were recognised as "quiet achievers" from Aldavilla, Kempsey West, St Joseph's, Kempsey East, Willawarrin and Green Hill schools at their end of year presentations in 2018.
Store owner Chris Coleman said it's an honour to be able to contribute to an improved future for local students.
"My wife and I have five kids ourselves and we understand the value in rewarding students," Mr Coleman told the Argus.
"The students who attend those schools have parents who shop at our store, and that's why we chose the schools around us - to reward the community that shops at our store.
"We gave a gift card to one student from each class from each school and the student was picked based on a 'best and fairest' basis. A student who had worked hard throughout the year and deserved recognition."
The three schools will use the $1000 presented by IGA X-Press West Kempsey to purchase digital technologies equipment.
