Nulla managed to reach 189 as Angus Crotty (43) and Matt Haydon (24) scored the majority of the side's runs.
Nulla had six players get starts and score between 15-20.
Rovers were dismissed for 129 in response as only Allan Hutley (58) was able to surpass 15 with the bat.
Nulla's Ethan LePla picked up five wickets in the victory and allowed only 24 runs from his seven overs.
Meanwhile Stuarts Point/Eungai was able to upset South West Rocks in their match.
Stuarts Point/Eungai reached 148 before they were able to dismiss South West Rocks for 139 at the end of the 34th over.
Steve Moorcroft (39) top scored for Stuarts Point/Eungai while it was a team effort with the ball that saw them come out on top.
