A West Kempsey man will face Coffs Harbour Local Court after being caught drink driving twice in 24 hours.

About 1.45am on Sunday morning, the 23-year-old man was stopped by police while driving on Resort Drive in Coffs Harbour.
Officers from the Coffs Clarence Police District were in the area in response to reports of a vehicle doing burnouts.
The man was subjected to a roadside breath test which returned a positive reading.
He was then arrested and taken to Coffs Harbour Police Station where a subsequent breath analysis was carried out.
The man's driver license was suspended and he was issued a Field Court Attendance Notice for Mid Range Drink Driving to appear at Coffs Harbour Local Court on the April 15 2019.
He was released from police custody around 3am.
A short time later, around 4:30am, the man was seen by police driving south on the Pacific Highway.
The vehicle was stopped and the man was arrested for driving while suspended. He returned a positive roadside breath test, and was taken to Coffs Harbour Police Station.
A subsequent breath analysis returned an reading of 0.101.
The man was charged with Mid Range PCA (Second Offence) and Drive Whilst Suspended and given conditional bail to appear at Coffs Harbour Local Court on April 15 2019.
