Nulla suffered defeat to Rovers in the big dance last year but the minor premiers weren't going to let another premiership slip through their fingers, as they secured an 80-run victory.
The match was reduced to a one-day contest held on Sunday after rain cancelled play on Saturday.
Nulla was first to bat and openers Angus Crotty (26) and Troy Ward (11) combined to set the tone before Corey Crotty (unbeaten 75) produced a tremendous innings to put the side on the front foot.
Martin Nicholls (27) and Chris Walker (13) provided a cameo near the end of the innings to help Nulla reach 201 from their 50 overs.
In response, Rovers were dismissed for 121 as Nulla's bowlers were able to frustrate the Rovers batsmen.
"Nulla's bowlers did a superb job, they bowled a lot of dot balls and it quickly led to them picking up some wickets," Macleay Valley Cricket Association president Ben Paix said.
Rovers batsmen Jack Wakely (26), Lachlan Munday (28 not out) and Brett Hutley (17) were the top scorers.
Martin Nicholls (5/19) was the pick of the bowlers for Nulla while Nicholas Morrison (2/32) also chimed in.
