The Rangers, who are the defending champions, were one of four sides to claim victory in the opening round but have the greatest for and against.
Fellow Macleay sides, the Kempsey Saints and South West Rocks Stingers went without a victory in round one.
The Kempsey Saints played out a 1-all draw with the Wauchope Waratahs while the Stingers suffered a 5-1 defeat against last year's grand finalists Port United.
The Waratahs are one of the top sides in the competition and they won the competition in 2017.
The Rangers will look to make it two from two when they face off with the Western Phoenix in round two.
Kempsey Saints will remain on the road when they go up against Port United while the Stingers and Yowies will do battle at the Upper Macleay sporting fields.
