General manager Craig Milburn encourages the community to drop by and engage with council staff.
"Residents will also have the chance to learn more about council's draft 2019-2020 Operational Plan," Mr Milburn said.
"A big focus of the plan is a significant investment in the ongoing maintenance and rehabilitation of sealed and unsealed roads, footpaths and our water and sewer networks.
"It will also involve the delivery of a number of grant-funded projects across the Shire which will result in improved sports grounds, new playgrounds and amenities in Kempsey. Crescent Head, South West Rocks, Frederickton and Stuarts Points."
The draft 2019-2020 Operational Plan is on public exhibition until 21 May 2019.
