With a field of 73 players last week the scoring was very tough with the course playing long and with the strong winds affecting the players on the course.
Taking out the top grade on Saturday was Peter Townsend with a net score of 71. Hilary Dew who is playing very well at the moment had a net score of 73 for the runner up spot. Wallung Dickson won the 'B' grade with a very good net score of 66 from the runner up player on the day David Welsh with a net 70 on a count back. Dempsey Donovan continues to improve his game and on Saturday won the 'C' grade with a net 71 on a count back from the runner up player Angus Crotty also on 71. While the scores were not that good two players on Saturday did have the highlight of the day. First up was the eagle two on the par four dogleg 12th hole by Graeme Dyet and then the chip in eagle for the three at the par five 14th hole by Dean Greenhalgh.
