"Macksville Madness has always been a major thing for us, it's a great chance to make stock taking a lot easier," says Margaret Townsend.

Owners Adrian and Alisa O'Brien sell premium marco coffee, a blend and sub branch of botero coffee in Maclean.
They also stock seasonal produce and a selection of gluten free, vegan and raw food, house made and local sweets.
"We offer coffee, breakfast, lunch and light meals as well as a cakes cabinet," Alisa said.
