Two pedestrians were alerted to the baby after hearing screams when walking to their car at around 2pm.
The two pedestrians waited for a guardian to return before they forced their way into the vehicle to remove the distressed infant child.
Police and paramedics attended the scene and fortunately the baby did not require medical assistance.
After a significant period of time, the child's mother returned to the vehicle.
More to come.
