The local chemist also won the national award in March, as they continue to prove to be the leader and benchmark in the pharmaceutical industry.
Amcal Pharmacy Kempsey owner Greg Hollier said it's great for the store, the employees and the community to receive the recognition on a state and national level.
"It's lovely to be acknowledged for the hard work our team does and it's great for morale," Mr Hollier told the Argus.
"I think it's always positive to see a business from Kempsey doing well and winning awards, and after we won last year it was great to read so many positive messages of support from the community."
There are more than 80 Amcal Pharmacies in NSW and if nominated, they are judged on four main areas; customer service, professional service, Amcal ethos and store layout.

Mr Hollier credited a great attitude from his employees and the ability to strive to improve for the success in back-to-back years.
"We allocate a lot of resources to make sure we are providing the best possible service to our customers," Mr Hollier said.
"We are always looking to be better, to improve the experience for everyone.
"We have great professional services for people with sleep apnea, our flu vaccination program and other services, which have been highly commended."
As the winner of NSW, Amcal Pharmacy Kempsey will again be in the running to claim the Amcal Pharmacy of the Year award for Australia.
"Fingers crossed we can hopefully do it again and retain our crown," Mr Hollier said.
The winner of the national award will be announced in March next year.
