Four Macleay Valley Mustangs players have been named in the Group 3 Under-23s representative side to take on Group 2 at Macksville on Saturday September 7.

Conrad Lardner, Kaine Parkinson, Jesse Douglas and Tyler Roberts will represent Group 3.
The four players will compete for the Mustangs in the Group Three Rugby League grand final against the Wauchope Blues this Sunday.
Parkinson will also take to the field in the Under-18.5s grand final against the Old Bar Pirates.
The 17-year-old has proven to be one of the best young talents on the Mid North Coast, after shining for the North Coast Bulldogs Under-18s representative side earlier this year.

Parkinson has vital versatility and can play anywhere in the backline.
Lardner, who plays centre, has electric feet and pace and is dangerous on the left edge for the Mustangs.
Meanwhile backrower Douglas, who starts on the left edge for Macleay Valley, is always an effort to take to the ground and is solid defensively.
Backrower Roberts, who brings impact off the bench for the Mustangs, is a dangerous ball runner and has a quality offload in his arsenal.
