Conrad featured in 15 matches and crossed for nine tries on the left edge and also kicked six goals.
Mustangs coach Russell Lardner, who is also Conrad's uncle, was impressed with his nephew's performances this season
"Conrad is a good, young player and brings a lot of energy to the team," Russell told the Argus.
"He's solid in defence and brought a lot in attack with his speed."
Russell claims Conrad will do anything to help his team win, even stepping up to play above his weight.
"Conrad is very tough for a little fella. He's not afraid to take a tough carry and always helped us get out of trouble on our own line," Russell said.
"He would play in the front row if that's where I told him to play.
"He improved a lot this year."
