Saints were forced to do it the hard way in the finals series as they went through a penalty shootout twice on their way to the grand final.
However, Kempsey showcased their class in the decider as they secured a 2-0 victory over the Port United Dragons last week.
For a number of the Saints players, it was their 3rd season playing in the Under-18s competition. Various players also have Premier League and Men's Northern League experience and will no doubt be members of the Kempsey Saints Coastal League squad next season.
It was smoother sailing for Tinonee Eagles for their Finals Series.
They advanced straight to the grand final with a 3-2 win over the second placed Great Lakes Vikings in the qualifying semi-final. That secured the team a week off before the title decider where they again came up against the Vikings. A 4-1 win for the Eagles secured the title and booked their Zone Championship place.
The match kicks off at Regional Stadium in Port Macquarie at 7.45pm tonight.
