More than 10 local artists and crafts people will be exhibiting their works and all items will be for sale. Eftpos will be available for purchases. The exhibition is being organised by two well known local artists Leigh and Marilyn, to highlight the many talents of artists within the local area.
There will be a varied selection of paintings, (abstract and contemporary), ceramics, jewelry and sculpture professionally arranged and displayed.
There is always plenty of parking at the Kundabung hall, in peaceful surrounds, so stay as long as you would like and partake in the self serve tea, coffee and biscuits available for a gold coin donation. A visitors book will be available for your comments as the organisers intend this exhibition to be the first of many in the renovated Kundabung hall.
Saturday, October 5 will include general admission from 10am till 3pm for the charge of a gold coin donation, while the official opening will commence at 6pm. An entry fee of $5 will include wine and nibbles. Sunday, October 6 will follow on with the hours of 10am till 3pm and Monday, October 7 from 10am till 1pm and both days will be entry by gold coin donation.
This is an exciting event which the organisers hope will spark the creativity genes of more locals, bring the already practicing artists together in the one spot and bring the Kundabung Hall alive as a hub for local artistic talent.
Please remember on your way to the hall on River Road, to stop at the crossing and look for trains. Come and enjoy a pleasant artistic treat at the little hall in the bush and soak up the work of local talented artists.
