In Term 3, 70 students explored what they would need to live on the moon in a challenge dubbed the 'Mission Moon Challenge'. They also designed and built solutions using Lego WeDo 2.0 Robotics. Students then made teams and showcased what they had learned in a fun, non- competitive event
Team members shared their personal experience with the challenge topic and what they learned by working as members of a team. All teams showcased their Lego Robotics model, 'Show Me Poster' and research with other groups.
By all accounts, both teachers and students had fun, and there was particular enjoyment from seeing the students collaborating and developing future-focused skills.
