The festival began as a small parade of Kombi vans and utes but has now grown into the ultimate weekend of family fun.
There will be Kombis and classic car displays, more market stalls than you could hope to see in one place, live music and amusement rides.
The food outlets will offer tastes from all around the world. Surfing competition, sand sculpting, Light the Night Leukaemia Foundation lantern walk, aerobatics display and a fun run all add to the fun for the weekend.
One of the main attractions for the festival is the Kombi assembly and parade on Saturday afternoon.
There were some 260 Kombis registered at last year's festival, with VW Beetles adding to the interest.
