More than 50 riders have jumped on their trusty postie bikes and they plan to raise more than $200,000 to help children in regional NSW through supporting the charity Wings4Kidz.
It's an incredible effort from these people who work their normal day jobs, then spend several months of the year planning, organising and preparing for the ride.
Not only does the route have to be carefully planned, but accommodation, events along the way, fuel stops, breakdown support, spare bikes, and support safety vehicles also need to be organised.
Postie bikes are not designed for long tour rides so planning is essential to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable journey, with a number of riders on their L's.
