The funds raised will be used to purchase a vital signs monitor for the Port Macquarie Oncology Unit and a Niki for Kempsey Palliative Care.
While the main purpose of the afternoon was to raise funds for two great causes, the more than 130 ladies who attended the event enjoyed a social afternoon full of fun games, delicious savouries and tea.
Lilli Pilli Ladies member Judy Saul was delighted with the success of the annual event and the feedback received from locals who attended.
"It was a terrific day and we received excellent feedback from everyone, there were no negative comments which is always a plus," Ms Saul said.
"We make it a fun afternoon for everyone. Getting the message across and raising money without being too heavy."
Ms Saul and the rest of the Lilli Pilli Ladies were overwhelmed by the community's response to their willingness to contribute their time to a great cause.
"What impresses our followers and supporters most is our passion, the care we have for our local community, whether it be for the Oncology Unit or Kempsey Palliative Care," she said.
"It's a really rewarding feeling. A lot of hard work goes into organising these events but it's well worth it after raising so much money and seeing everyone have an enjoyable afternoon."
The Lilli Pilli Ladies extended their gratitude to all of the volunteers, caters and supporters who contributed to the fabulous event.
They also thanked the owners of the land across from the Sherwood Hall, who allowed the attendees to park on their property.
The Lilli Pilli Ladies' next event will be around April next year.
