They will line up for the Bulldogs in the opening round of the Country Rugby League Championships at Port Macquarie's Regional Stadium on February 29.
The match will be played as part of the same program that features the National Rugby League trial between Canterbury-Bankstown and Canberra.
North Coast made the semi-finals of the Country Championships this year.
The team will be coached by Dan Kemp and Matt Shipway.
The train-on squad includes hooker Oscar Carey from Taree City and Old Bar prop Jarred Wooster. Players selected are Mitch Wilbow, Conrad Lardner, Kane Parkinson, Sam Shields, Denzel Briscoe, Tristan Scott, Mitch Smith, Oscar Carey, Jarred Wooster, Jesse Douglas, Jordan Moore, Oliver Pascoe, Ryan Pemberton, Jordan Haywood, Liam Dunn, Tyke Kemp, Cooper Woods, Michael Hart, Leyton Doolan, Tyler Roberts, Alex Bunt, Daniel Lavender and Dylan Collett.
