Kempsey Shire Council has announced the existing Back Creek Footbridge at South West Rocks will be closed to pedestrians from Monday November 11 to Wednesday November 13. A crane and excavator will be operating in the area, placing central spans and sewer pipes as part of the construction of the new footbridge.
