The fire is burning in an easterly direction towards Warrell Creek.
A number of local roads may be closed or blocked due to falling trees.
South Arm Road is closed to the west, from the Williams Hill Road intersection.
Advice
If you are in the area of Congarinni Road and Warrell Creek Road and your plan is to leave, or you are not prepared, leave now towards Macksville.
If you are in the area of Bowraville, Congarinni North, Argents Hill, Buckra Bendinni, South Arm and McHughs Creek Valleys, watch out for smoke and embers.
