Carson earned selection based on his performances at various state and national championships.
Carson excels at athletics and has competed at a state level for sprinting and long jump.
The 14-year-old will travel to Canada on July 1, 2020 and participate in competitions over consecutive weekends.
The initiative is through Sports Travel Australia, which seeks out talented young Australian Athletes between 13-19 years-of-age and invites them on the opportunity to compete on an international stage.
The first competition is at the Trevor Craven Memorial Meet in Vancover. This is conducted by Norwesters Athletic Club at the Swangard Stadium at Burnaby a suburb of Vancouver.
The second is the Jamboree meet at Kamloops, hosted by Kamloops track and field Club at Hillside Stadium.
Carson will also have the opportunity for leisure time on the trip.
Earlier this year, Carson finished in first place in the 200m sprint and long jump, second in the javelin and fourth in the high jump, 100m sprint and shot put at the North Coast Combined Championships in Coffs Harbour.
Carson has advanced to a state and national level in long jump for the past three years.
Carson trains under with Ritchie Donovan at Scotts Head.
The athletes trains three times a week.
