The Rovers have recorded wins in three of their four games this season while the Pirates have recorded a win in a loss in the stop-start season.
Rovers, who missed the finals series in the first two seasons of the Premier League, are sitting in equal first position with United on 28 competition points.
The Pirates sit in fourth spot on 22 points.
Rovers have recorded their wins on the back of strong all-round performances.
Rovers' batting line up has managed to apply pressure to their opponents with big scores while the bowling attack has restricted opposition batsmen.
However, the Rovers' bowling attack will face a new challenge this Saturday as they take to the field without opener Harry Nemme who picked up a knee injury.
