The Kempsey Adventist School Year 7 student was age champion in swimming, athletics and cross country this year.
Jake's exceptional athletic ability has led him to focus on martial arts and he trains out of the Macleay Valley Martial Arts gym under Glenn Stewart.
The youngster started training more than three years ago and began competing 12 months ago.
Jake has gone on to claim 21 medals, including at state and national level, this year.
