It was the clubs first year of new grass track series at the ponds which seen over 100 riders at each event and was a massive success, drawing riders from up and down the coast to compete.
Dave Haywood has completed a Hugh job maintain to track which was improving as the year went on.
Along with our grass track we had our Dirt track series at the Greenhill complex with riders enjoying different track configurations and different race laps to mix things up a bit.
With the committee adding two new TT tracks one of which has a jump on it everyone is excited about the 2020 season and can't wait to hit the track next year.
Having the 2 different tracks this year we had a few riders excelling in both grass track and dirt track with Legend Mick Booth proving he can ride both tracks with ease tacking out the over 35s on the grass and 19' class on dirt. Junior Rider Chayse Trappel with podiums on the 50cc and 65cc on grass and 50cc and 80 modified on the dirt.
Josh Scott also proved he was the one to beat on the grass track with wins in the A Grade and under 35s.
Jayden Holder continued his great form this year with multiple Australian titles and wrapping it up last weekend with a win in the Sultans of Slide competition.
James Chapman and Mackenzie Booth had an outstanding season with wins in multiple classes and James with an Aussie Title now under his belt.
James takes out the Senior Rider of the year and Rider of the year while Mackenzie scores the Junior rider of the year and Most improved.
