The surfing competition had a healthy mix of local residents and visitors along with a dolphin who decided to pop up and see what all the fuss was about.
Aside from showcasing talented surfers, organiser Roger "Fergo" Fergusson is adamant the grassroots event gives the community a chance to celebrate Crescent Head.
"We are all amigos with no egos," he said.
"The event brings our little community together and gets everyone on the same wave.
"It's organised by the community, for the community, and gives everyone a chance to celebrate Crescent Head, the jewel in the crown of the Mid North Coast."
