Kempsey Golf Club recently got to hold their 2020 Boardshorts Golf Day after wet weather forced it to be postponed two weeks in a row.

As always, the annual event encouraged players to wear their best boardshorts while they played.
Sponsored by Phil and Mitch Starr, the day saw a great field of 78 players hit off in the 18 Hole Medley Single Stableford.
There were also a good number of visitors from Crescent Head, Frederickton and South West Rocks as well.
Overall, the day was a success, and sponsor Phil Starr has promised it will be bigger and better next year with lots more prizes up for grabs.
