The three-club series, which also involves the Tamworth Sporting Car Club and MG Car Club in Newcastle, was held with strict extra precautions in place to ensure everyone's safety during the current COVID-19 panic.
The event, which has been a mainstay since the first in 2002, saw racers have multiple runs on the 745-metre-long course.
Darren Read from the Kempsey Sporting Car Club claimed the big win after an eight-month absence due to injury.
Dave Morrow was the only serious threat to the reigning champion with a time just four seconds slower than Read's fastest run of 22.687 seconds.
The Kempsey Sporting Car Club has been going strong since 1956, with six events at Eungai per year, hill climbs at Cooperabung, and a rally sprint event in the Tamban State Forest.
