Saturday May 23 saw the golf club organise their usual stableford event with men and women swinging their clubs in terrific conditions.
Mens Golf:
14 of our male members took advantage of the lovely conditions, before the winter months hit.
It was Mens Golf Club President Tim Cross, who won the stableford event with some great shots on his way to 37 points.
Runner up on the day was Dave 'runner up' Tassell who handed in a respectable score of 34 points and third place went to the Garry Williams with 31 points.
The ball rundown went to Bob Standing with 30 points, Judd Bull with 29 points and Mason Marchment on a count-back with 28 points.
This Saturday the 30th of May will a stableford event with tee times from 7:30am to 9:10am.
Womens Golf:
Saturday May 23 our lovely lady golfers headed out in pristine conditions for golf.
It was a tight battle out there with 13 of our ladies all vying for the win.
Anne-Marie Adams was the days winner on a count-back with nett 65, in the stroke and putts event!
Runner up on the day was Liz Tehan with 65 nett.
The ball rundown went to Robyn Eller with 71 nett, Paula Frost with 72 nett and Gail Harrower with 73 nett.
