The statement says they're working towards final confirmation of a return to play of community football later this week after expecting confirmation from the NSW government today.
Final guidelines and framework for a return to play should be released in the next few days for all community rugby league clubs.

NSW Premier, Gladys Berejiklian, confirmed with host Ben Fordham on Radio 2GB this morning that she would have an announcement about community sport later this week.
In order to prepare for return to play according to the relevant guidelines, clubs are advised to contact their local NSWRL representative so they're ready when the announcement is made.
The season was originally cancelled but that decision was reversed due to the ambitions of Football, Rugby Union, Aussie Rules and other codes in the area.
Hasting League's Geoff Connor, has previously stated to the Argus that a decision on their return will be based on the NSWRL's June 1 review with that now pushed back.
