The event will feature the talents of Christian Diez and Glen Wilkinson showcasing some of their finest pieces.
"I've been painting for 20 years, but I'm still fairly new to this syle, fluid art, I"m excited to see what people think," Christian told the Argus.
"The use of fluid paint is a great way to experiment with different styles and techniques; the results are always surprising and rewarding.
"Each painting is one of a kind, because of the process involved, each artwork is unique, and can't be recreated."
Joining Christian will be Glen Wilkinson who has previously exhibited in Coffs Harbour, Tamworth and Gladstone.
"Glen is a great artist, he mostly works with natural and repurposed fibres and recycled materials," Christian said.
"I hope people come along, and enjoy the experience."
The exhibition will run for two weeks; strict social distancing will be in place along with all current COVID-19 safety measures.
The Macleay Valley Community Art Gallery is located at 5 Kinchela Street Gladstone, NSW and is open 10.30 am to 4 pm Thursday to Sunday.
