The game will be held on a stand alone Sunday as the Coastal Premier League's match of the round.
Rangers will come into this fixture as hot favourites, sitting in third place on 14 points whilst Saints are rooted to the bottom on two points.
After drawing with Boambee FC and losing to Northern Storm, the Rangers were back to their best against Port United in a 5-1 onslaught and coach Chris Walker has emphasised the importance of not dropping points this season.
"With no finals system this year, it's a matter of winning all your games - any points you drop are important," he told the Argus.

"There have been plenty of surprise results so it's hard to get a good read on who's doing what."
The contest between Saints and Rangers, the only Macleay Valley based Coastal Premier League teams, is usually a fierce battle with the fact a few players have swapped clubs in the past only adding to the rivalry.
"It's usually a big game, everyone steps up and knows the weight of the occasion," Walker said.
"We know they're very handy up front with all the goals they've scored this year and they're always a tough side to face."
Saint coach, Kevin Sinclair, attests to the significance of this weekend.
"The first game in the year between both clubs is always the Kay Clarke Memorial Shield and it's certainly worth celebrating her life and contribution to Rangers and Saints," he told the Argus.
Sinclair added how pleased he's been with his sides effort this season despite results.
"From last year to this year there's been massive changes in our squad with only four first graders from our team in 2019 playing this season," he said.
"We're bringing through heaps of juniors and their progress has been great to see.
"There's been honest effort in every game, we definitely could've got points in some games but the ladder has been secondary."
Kick off for this match will be 3pm Sunday at Eden Street Playing Fields.
