At 2.45pm yesterday, Fire and Rescue NSW was alerted to a vehicle incident on the Pacific Highway, south of Cooks Lane at Barraganyatti.
The driver had driven off the road and into a wire fence, trapping the vehicle.
Crews from the Nambucca Heads Fire Station arrived on the scene shortly after to find the driver had managed to free himself, however, the vehicle was dangling precariously at a 45 degree angle.
Fire and Rescue crews, together with a tow truck and the help of NSW Police, were able to stabilise the vehicle and return it safely back to the road.
Ambulance NSW were also in attendance, though no injuries were sustained in the incident.
