It's the feeling that one has lived through the present situation before and it was certainly relevant for the Macleay Valley Rangers Women's Northern League side on Saturday.

Their 3-1 away loss to Port United at Dixie Park was their first defeat in two years and eighteen days.
That semi-final loss on August 11 2018 was against none other than Port United.
The score-line?
3-1.
The ground?
Dixie Park.
Coach Emma Tamblyn described a somber yet determined feeling.
"We didn't play our best at all - the performance is on us and it's disappointing," she told the Argus.
"It was certainly a bummer, we all felt down after the match but it is what it is, it had to happen at some point but we'll be fine and get back to our best."
The Rangers won't have much time to think about the defeat with a mid-week fixture scheduled for tonight, September 1, against South West Rocks Stingers at Optus Park - 6:30pm.
With three goals scored against them, the loss also means Rangers drop down to second place on goal difference with United on 57 and Macleay Valley on 55.
Tamblyn admits there will be a need to be a focus on that goal difference but most importantly continuing to win matches.
"We need to put the ball in the back of net as much as possible and get that goal difference back in our favour but the Stingers have a very solid back line so that's something we need to overcome," she said.
Other Women's Northern League results from Saturday saw Kempsey Saints win 4-0 against Port FC, the Stingers won 3-1 against Western Phoenix whilst Upper Macleay Yowies defeated Wauchope Cedars 2-1.
The Lower Macleay Brumbies unfortunately lost 3-0 to Camden Haven Redbacks.
Tonight, Upper Macleay Brumbies play the Lower Macleay Brumbies at 6:30pm in Willawarrin whilst Kempsey Saints take on Port United at Eden Street Playing Fields - 8:00pm.
